I think 80% was for w4d2 squatober. If Thicksgivng had gone that heavy I still would be in bed 2 days later

Arm farm done. I feel better about finishing this one then I did squatober. Really enjoyed the arm focus & might continue with something similar going to the New Year then spend the spring grinding squats & deads.

That workout was tougher than any of the Squatober ones. My legs feel it today.

It felt like a solid Squatober workout to me. The problem was on Arm Farm we’ve only been squatting once a week and not that heavy. I’m having trouble sitting today.

I think the hardest squatober workout was actually day 1 (decent day) where you benched, squatted, deadlifted, and farmers carried. MY have OHP too? At any rate it kicked my arse hah

Man I’m loving having a cable tower in the home gym for these workouts. Did W4D3 today with cable concentration curls, cable lat raises, and overhead extensions subbed for skullcrushers.
i also got to use my new dip bar attachment today; actual dip bar dips are a lot harder than bench dips!
//edit: forgot to add that being old sucks. Got hammered watching LSU last night and slept on neck weirdly. Db Shrugs are not pleasant with a crick in your neck

Ha I did same thing to my neck, but no drinking just a fricking hotel bed. I said nope to the dab shrugs I had tonight
W3d4 done. I’ll wrap up arm farm this week and start all I want for Christmas is big bench on Dec 5th

Is there a big bench thread yet?
I did arm farm week 4 twice. I cannot do only 4 gym days a week.
Gonna measure my arms tomorrow but I don’t think there is a measurable increase. I’ve certainly improved my volume capability on these lifts but I think I just have to incorporate more volume long term. Not sure a month of arm farm really can do anything for ya.
It’s a good reminder to include volume on bi’s and tri’s. Other than that, really lacked in other areas. Severely bad on on legs and pretty bad on chest. Maybe if we had done like 110% training max on the major compounds the volume would have been closer to right.

I got back from vacation yesterday and I’m starting big bench today. I’ll finish it before going out of town again. So I’ll be a week ahead of everyone else.

I did the Friday Thanksgiving workout that was posted on IG. Chest and arm pump!
