I went through the arm portion of W2D1 this morning to get back into things. I'll hop back on D3 tomorrow.

W2D1 just kicked my arse. Those 15s on curls/OHP felt like they were damn near 100s. My spoon feels heavy right now

so i did W1D3 last night. took me an hour to get through farm strong because still a little run down from being sick apperantly. that was about all i could manage.

will take today off and do w1d4 tomorrow and then hopefully by sunday i will be back on track.

I'm trying to go every day this week and finish up W2D4 on Saturday, but I'm feeling worn out already. Sunday I will sleep great.

That’s the right call. I have to do week 2 on 4 straight days due to weekend plans and W2D3 bench was tough this AM with sore pecs and tris.

Yeah I wouldn't do 6 days straight either, I would take Thursday off and maybe pare down 2 workouts into 1 on Wednesday or Saturday. I got so much out of the weekend break, it made Monday and Tuesday so much better for me. I'm on schedule so far and feeling stronger, particularly in my forearms. I'm really hoping to see some growth there as mine are seriously lagging. Used the rest day today to go for a jog which was great.

W2D2 finished. Pistons just weren't firing on squats so I kept it at 67%. I'm going 60lbe less than bodyweight for weight on pushups/pull-ups, is anyone else doing something similar with bodyweight?

I wasn’t really prepared for how my arms, chest, and upper back were going to feel on a regular basis this month. Seriously not sure I’ll run this program again.

It actually has me more excited about this and other programs like "All I want for Christmas is a big bench" because I made hella great gains off of Squatober and Pool Season.

My arms are noticeably bigger so I’ll quit being a pussy. It still sucks to have to tell myself it’s not a heart attack, you just did a shitload of reps and you hurt.

W2D2 done. Chin ups/pull downs about wore me out! Squats felt good!

I was barely using any weights on those pull downs and my arms were on fore. 5 sets was intense.

I’m playing catch up the next couple weeks. Finishing W1 today.

Finally got a full night sleep for the first time in 3 months. Ready to lift some weight of the ground!!!
