Travelled through several airports about a week ago and woke up yesterday with a headache and and severe body aches. Coughing a little bit, but mainly dealing with body aches. Tested positive this morning… any advice on what supplements to get on. Thanks.

I just had COVID for the 1st time 3 weeks ago... Same symptoms you listed.

For me, I was down for 4 days. I never sleep during the day... but I slept for most of those 4 days.

I was gonna take antiviral, but it was so many pills. I just said F it, I'm healthy.

Never lost taste/smell.

Serious question - why did you even test?

I've had it three times now. Never was bad enough to take anything other than some Advil here and there

Never tried it, but an early saline nasal flush reduces risk of hospitlization by 80%.

8.5 fold reduction per article. Rinsed twice a day per jagwire link referencing georgia medical college:

Personal experience, i went old school and ate raw onions to keep head drained. About a quarter of an onion coulple times a day.

Got it for the first time about a month ago. Headache, scratchy throat and felt run down for a few days. Only thing I took was dayquil/nitequil.

I work closely with a lady who is battling brain cancer. Her immune system is wrecked and I don’t want to go into the office and infect her.

I had it twice

First time in spring 2021 after a two week work trip, was basically sweating it out in bed on a Monday after work, by Tuesday was fine. Saw a doc Wednesday who didn’t think I had it. Test came back positive

Second time last summer. Two of my kids had it. I had no symptoms other than about 4 hours of a head ache and then it went away after I took a shite

When I got vaxed in late spring 2021 it hit me worse than the actual virus

I appreciate your sensitivity to this poor lady, but I'm still unclear what actionable info a covid test gives you. OK, so you test negative. What if you have RSV? The flu? Something else? There's plenty of common things going around that covid is not worse than.

It would seem as if the better heuristic for you is "if I am clearly sick, then don't go in to the office". It's somewhat irrelevant what you actually have.

So if you test negative you're still gonna go in and infect her with whatever else it is thats making you feel like shite? And your post got 10 up votes...society has lost all common sense.

Same here. Fever never got above 99. Mild headache. Couple of days of virtually nothing then felt better.

Take Zinc, vitamin D, K, C.
Get sunshine. Do not stay inside.

My point exactly. Why are we pretending like covid is somehow obviously worse than whatever else he very well might have?

Had my first bout with it that started on Friday the 24th of February. Did a home test and came back positive.

On the advice of 3 others that have had it, I called my Dr. and he prescribed a 5 day-3 pills twice a day treatment of Paxlovid. Damn stuff had my joints (knees and ankles) hurting like crazy and diarrhea so bad I dared not get far from the commode.

Didn't finish it and got to feeling better, but not clear in a week.

Long story short, I took another test last Friday and I was still positive but the one I took today showed it cleared up and I'm feeling fine. So, total time, just 2 days shy of 3 weeks to show a negative test result.

Got hit twice with COVID and the first one I bad body aches and headaches that lasted 7-10 days. No cough or respiratory issues whatsoever really. No lost taste or smell either.
Second time awful headache sustained for 6 hours overnight and was on the road to recovery the next day.
Maybe tolerance or strain being different.
No vaccine help or disservice to speak

I am going to melt your brain, this is not your first time to have COVID

It has made it through our entire population, you just did not have issues with previous strain.

You do not need to get tested for body aches, headaches and coughs. Stay home until you feel better, it is just common courtesy to others.
