I walk a bit before just to grease the wheels because I’m an old man now. I do my main cardio on days I don’t lift.

Always after.
You won’t maximize lifting if you do it before.

I'll walk on the treadmill before my workout but get on the elliptical afterwards. Current goal is to lose bodyfat but I will look at changing this up after the summer when I want to add some mass.

Always after for me. I lift in the early mornings. I usually try to run a few miles after lifting except for squat day which that day gets a more modified cardio finish.
I always finish with abs. Then it's jits in the evenings which is more cardio but technically not after my workout.

Always after, but i tend to do cardio on days i don't lift. Lifting for an hour and then doing cardio is too time consuming for me.

Guess it depends on which one you want to maximize, no?

I disagree. Cardio before working out will hurt your weightlifting much more than vice versa. Again i would do cardio on days i don't lift.

I run 2 miles before, lift about an hour, then run 2 more miles afterwards. After is much harder obviously

Wanna be a runner first with a nicer physique? Run before

Wanna be stronger with some endurance training? Run after

I can’t say. I’m not a kinesiologist.

I recently heard on peter attias podcast that cardio after lifting can be detrimental to muscle growth. He didn't go into specifics but I suppose that depends on the severity of the cardio session.

Cardio can always be detrimental to muscle growth. Marathon runners come to mind.
