As far as protein Transparent Labs or Earth Fed Muscle. Both companies also offer 'bars' but they aren't worth a shite just eat real food or if you are on the go get sugar free beef jerky from Tillamook or Paleo Valley instead of a bar.

Most of the good ones will be low enough in sugar assuming you hit the gym and workout. Cut most sugar from diet and drinks, not protein supps.

I buy Isopure powder from Costco, never seen it mentioned here but its affordable and available. Zero sugar / zero carb. Whey Isolate 25G per scoop. Seems to do the trick.

Transparent Labs for protein powder. Whey Better Bar is probably the best protein bar I've ever had.

Whey Better Bar...check it out. It's new a new company and still figuring things out but probably the best bar I've ever had. 5 or 6 ingredients.

How do you feel about RX bars? That’s what I eat while I’m at work

Protein bars are straight doo-doo when it comes to satiation. I eat a 400cal one and I'll legit be hungry an hour or two later. I'd rather eat real food and chug some liquid egg whites.

I keep Quest bars for a snack if I’m super hungry. Supposedly 4g of net carbs.

I absolutely love these. Blueberry is my #1 and chocolate/sea salt is my #2

My favorite protein powder is the old school labs rich chocolate

Very little added sugar and they don't use bad sugar substitutes. Flavor is great as well.

It seems way better to just eat high quality meat sticks instead.

I like those cinnamon rolls but they have a fair amount of sodium. It’s like 20% of daily value while protein bars only have like 8%.
