I like the protein, carb, fat balance on those cinnamon roll snacks. Pricey as shite though. At least they're pricey on Amazon.

Yep. I buy those cinnamon rolls for about $2.50 each at Walmart while I buy the protein bars I eat for around a dollar each at Costco. They have the same amount of protein each.

Slight hijack - but I’m lactose intolerant. I’m assuming whey will hit me a bit. Anyone else have experience? Don’t really want to do a plant protein powder but would be happy to hear of any thoughts on good powders for my intolerance.

You are pretty much limited to isolate as the lactose is removed. There is little to no lactose in a quality clean whey isolate.

I love those cinnamon rolls. The chocolate donut is good too, as is the strawberry pop tart knock off. I don't eat them too often as I try to rely more on whole foods, but dang they are good AND satiating.
