One of these numbers if off...
And I'm assuming it's the weight. You gotta at least weigh 190-200

As said. Quit the carbs immediately and start a furious cardio regimen. If your metabolism is still good you could lose that in a 10-20 days. Stay super hydrated and not with soft drinks or beer, it’ll curb your appetite. Good luck

Of course exercise like people have said but an easy way to eat is to not eat ANYTHING white (including your BF's load) after lunch. No bread, no pasta, no taters, no rice, etc. And no snacking after dinner, fill your arse up on red meat/pork/chicken and peppers/cucumbers/other fresh veggies so much so you wont crave a late snack of cheeze-its.

And go to bed early so you aren’t sitting around bored, thinking about all the stuff you want to eat but can’t.

Yup. I’m 5’9” 205# and wear a 38. Although I probably could fit a 36 now.

I really hate this type of diet mentality, and it really has picked up quite a bit in the wake of the low-carb, keto, etc., buzz.
There's no way semen has that many calories.

i mean kind of off but if taking a true measurement at the naval its believable. Not talking pants size.
it means he has zero muscle mass
OP: diet will get that off. But to keep it off long term....you need to start looking at lifting.

Maybe schedule a "cheat-day" and take all the swimmers you want???

Any suggestions?
How? I’m 5’10, 179lb and I’m a 31. You carrying it all around your waist?

This is about where I started: 5'9" 175 lbs and 35" waist. If you are built small like me, this is easy to do. All the weight is simply in the middle.
Without any change in diet, I dropped 15 lbs by simply running. I repeat, no diet change at all. I dropped additional weight by eliminating sugar and avoiding carbs. I'm near my target weight of 145 lbs now and down to a 30" waist.
Get the Couch to 5K app for your phone and get outside. Pick a target race near the end of that program and go ahead and register. Find a local run group or club.
