Anyone do Yoga?

Started adding it to my morning routine with the wife.
Got to say, feels great.
The stretching definitely was missing from my daily gym routine, but, damn, it isn’t an easy thing to do either.
Definitely a workout in and of itself.

Yes. 2-3x a week with the wife. Mostly for injury prevention.

I miss hot yoga

I was doing hot yoga 2-3x a week in the mornings before work. It’s great.

It's something that's always on my list of "really want to do" but also always falls into my "I don't really feel like it" list

Yeah sounds like me. I have increased stretching to a near daily thing though during and after workouts. Also incorporate a couple of yoga poses here and there. I really should do more full yoga sessions.

I try to do yoga for stretching 1 time a week and when I do, my flexibility gets noticeable improvement. Unfortunately it ends up being once a month at best.

Started 30 days of Adrienne during this lock down. Never done it before and I must say 15 days in I am noticing wayyyy more flexibility and core strength.
I always wonder if I am doing it right though...

Well if you're seeing more flexibility and core strength, I'd say it's working!

Big Tom Merrick fan personally.
He really doesn't do "Yoga", it's more of just a stretching session.
His company name of "Bodyweight Warriors" is a bit cringe though.

You ever see those questions like "What would a 60 year old you tell a 25 year old you?
One thing would be:
Do Yoga

We're at the time of year where you could do yoga in your attic for the same effect.
