What helped me with double unders was to just jump with no rope and tap my thighs twice while in the air. This starts to give you a rhythm and feel that you can translate to your wrist movement with the rope. It still took practice but I feel like that was the real gamechanger for me personally....

I recently moved away from my Costas and got a pair of Roka Bartons. Really like the lenses and how light they are....
Well, this program is working! Just hit 12 sets for the day 14 workout. Also did them beltless. First pressure cooker, I put the belt on around set 5. Gotta love progress! And adding to training maxes lol...
Same as you. I am planning on knocking out day 14 this afternoon. I got 11 rounds on the first pressure cooker. Not sure that I'll be able to hit 10 so my training max should stay the same....

I recently started the Dumbell Strength since I don’t have a barbell at this time. My question is about the DB RFESS. They show sets of 10 or 12. Is this per leg or total reps? Other exercises like, rows, kickbacks, and lunges all have *per arm next to the reps. ...

Do you have any suggestions for alternatives to Celsius? I am needing to spray 3 acres and that is going to hurt the pocket book if I end up having to hit it a couple times as I have read some people have to do....

I have this weed growing in different areas of my yard. Where I notice it most is along the slab of my house when I weedeat. Tried getting a bottom, side, and top picture to help identify. If this is the dreaded torpedo grass, I'm guessing my only option is spot treat with glyphosate. [img...
