I agree that the warmup looks like a good one.

Like seeing him throw some front squats in there. Really waiting for pause squats!!

You will love them...and hate them. All at the same time.

You're about to find out how flexible your arms are.

prolyl should do bodybuilding cross arm style. other than that just keep chest up and dotn fold

oh and dont let it push against wind pipe or neck in general, good way to pass out.

I wish it was 50% of my front squat max, not back squat I'll do my best to do this. I usually just reverse my SSB when something calls for front squats.

I prefer crossing my arms.

When the weight gets heavier, I'll take some lifting straps and wrap them around the bar and hold onto the straps to help because my shoulder mobility sucks for a front rack position.

In high school they use to make us hold it with the 2 finger hold that always made it feel like my wrists were going to snap.

But now I just use the cross arm method and it works just fine.

I haven’t done them a ton, but what helped me was to stick your arms out parallel with the floor and step into the bar until it’s braced on your shoulders but not pressuring your neck. That’s where the bar is supposed to sit. Then just cross hands and use enough pressure to keep it from shifting. Others with more experience my have better cues, but as a novice that was what worked for me.

I’ve got very big front delts. If I cross arm, does the bar go behind the delts closer to my neck, or on the other side of the delt? I’ve tried closer to my neck but that’s choking me. I really I may just be a wimp about it

Just finished warming up and about climb on the Seesaw again.

Going to time this workout.

Squats felt good. No fatigue lingering from yesterday.

Deadlifts felt strong, too.

Pullups are making me a sissy. Getting 3 1/2 every set.

Bicep and forearm pump is going hard. This was a great workout.

Took right at 1 hour with a warmup.

Feels like a recovery set of squats. Easy, but getting the muscles loose.

Forgot to post this morning, but I did get the thing done, and on only about 2 hours sleep thanks to my 4 y.o. barfing on me in the middle of the night and a puppy that wouldn't shut up. Here's hoping tonight is a little better.

He even underlined the PULL.

Wow, I completely missed that and did Chins again

Looking forward to front squats tomorrow. I enjoy doing them but haven't since June when I switched from SBS programming to PPSA.

If you don’t have a weighted vest is there a good way to add weight to these push-ups? I don’t know if I can manage to get a plate on there on my own.

Wrapping up last set now, overall pretty easy. Imo worst part is biceps, they are fried after pull-ups & these supersets of curls and farmers walk…..I find them to give me an awesome pump.
