I did 50lb dbs on both row and the RDLs so the superset was easier to organize. Felt like enough weight on both, and by 3rd set I was panting like it’s cardio hah

I actually did ring rows instead of those as being tall makes that workout movement awkward as hell.

just a heads up, AA did release a new pump city, looks to be 24 workouts, split up however you want from 3-6 days a week. apparently goes hard on main lifts with things like amraps followed by lots of supersets on aux lifts.

Pump City appears to be the PPSA push/pull/legs split I’ve been waiting for. As for this Seesaw workout, I loved it

Day 10 finished. The squats weren’t bad, last rep of 90% wasn’t crisp. Last set of 90% on bench was a 10rpe but I got it and 6 months ago that was my yolo 1rm

I knew my 7th set of squats felt funny. When I was changing the plates I realized I had a 2.5lb plate on one end a 5lb plate on the other. SMH.

Easy to make mistakes with plates on this one. I’ve been double checking every time.

This is a long workout if you take full rest times (which I am).

All done. Missed a few reps on last set of push-ups though.

I cut some short and took full breaks, too. The Seesaw was sneaky good. I'm definitely going to enjoy running that in January.

I feel good and strong after two days off.

Took me an hour and 15. Everything was easy. My training maxes might be low but I maxed out a week before the program started

That must be nice. On the plus side I’m only 1 day behind now.

I don't think I could have done 6 days in a row. Last Thursday, I had to go after work and help my FIL clean out his garage. Was supposed to be quick and easy, but took all night instead. Friday, I did both Stairway to Strongville and Drop Em Slow To Grow. That was rough for an old man. I definitely enjoyed the weekend.
