I just jumped in Monday. Figured farm work was a good sub on the days missed. I'm not taking this thing intensely perfect, but doing the work nonetheless.

Yes I used my ezcurl bar with a petite 15lbs per side for 52.5 lbs, and was wishing I had not put the 5s on by the end of the last set

I haven’t done it yet but I think the idea is same weight for both.

Hmmm. I was thinking about doing the set of 20 with the EZ curl bar and the set of 10 with the BB.
Guess I'll just use the EZ curl. It'll be easier on the wrists.
I'm about 15 minutes from starting warmups. Surprised my legs are feeling as fresh as they do.
Edit- one set in and I was wrong. Legs don't feel fresh. At all!

For those asking when to start, if you want to keep up with everyone else, start tonight and jump in. If not start from the beginning Saturday with day 1.

Why why why am I doing this. Squats are stupid and pointless.
Started late, knocked out day 1 yesterday and day 3 today. Day 3 much easier than day 1. Screw doing the three major compounds in one day. I was sore before I even got home. Ugh.
Got 9 sets in on the timed doubles.
Will catch up soon hopefully. Stupid squats. Stupid legs.

I felt it when I went from laying flat on skullcrushers to push-ups and then back down real fast for more skullcrushers

You will be fine, promise, push through, embrace being out of your comfort zone and try and enjoy the community aspect of it.
