I don't have much to say about today's except it's done. Squats and deads felt good. My balance sucks on RFESSs. Was overzealous with the farmers walks with 75 lbs for first 2, dropped to 65 for 3rd rounnd because my forearms were taxed. Overall, good workout.

Could be a coincidence, but my apple watch is reporting that my HRV is steadily climbing since starting squatober. Maybe the cardio is giving me a boost.

I thought today was deceptively hard. The split squats sucked as expected but the last 5 reps on curls were very hard each set after the burn from the carries.

I did arm farm back to back last two months so the drop off in volume in cardio areas is a nice break

I can’t believe how sore I am from the 80% doubles in 10 mins. I hate that I’m a day behind y’all but I’ll catch back up Saturday

PPSA is missing out on a real opportunity by not having Back Arms University merch for sale.

Day 6 has dropped. Looks like we have some stairs to climb.

First day over 80% on squats and bench.

absolutely and missing out big time on not selling a 4 day a week brovember program too.

i know plenty of guys on here that would buy and follow. even a benchvember or strongvember program. really any program that focuses on being a bridge between squatober and deadcemeber.

also he is missing out big time on revenue by not having a bunch of shirts that have the cool arse logos he has on the front of the programs, i know i would buy the hell out of them.

day 6

the stairway is soemthing that appeared last year in squatober for first time and is heavily present in strongville.

i will give this advice...get the hamstrings warm. hit some SLDL with DBs, hit some light leg curls or frog pumps, hit some light bent over rows and some light db press(if you have KBs hit bottoms up press). Hit some reverse lunges....just make sure the hamstrings are ready and your knees are nice and warm.

I will say i am loving the programming for the arms and how its switching back and fourth between bis and tris. thats a little different than previous years.

Good point. I've been trying to figure out what I'm going to do in between.

I’d be down for an upper body workout after Squatober.

aww you can just jump right back in, arm farm isnt anything complicated...just simple volume to build the arms.

Done! Farmers carries and curls wiped me out. Ready to climb a few stairs tomorrow!
