I’m doing the same. I haven’t max’d squats. I’m probably closer to 340 or so, but using 305 as max. My form isn’t perfect so I’m still working on it.

Day 3 has dropped. I don't like the cardio because my triceps finally feel like they've healed up from some heavy skullcrushers early in the summer, but I'm going to do it.

Any ideas on substitution for KB swings? I don't own any.
Edit - I guess I’ll just do some front raises since that’s just a warmup.

I won't get to do today's workout until around 5PM and I'm already excited for tomorrow. So far, this is pretty fun. May not feel like it at the end of the week.

11 rounds of 275. Opted for 2 squats each minute and did two rounds in the last minute.

Worked out with my son so we were swapping weights every time and with no rest could barely do EMOM on the timed squats. First time doing snatch grip deads; they ARE cardio but I like them a lot. Only 50 mins total today with 3x10 goblet squat and dumbbell swings as warmup. Sweaty and gassed though.

I'm not a huge fan of snatch grip deadlifts either. Way more range of motion, funky wide grip. Not my cup of tea. My forearms were feeling it afterwards.

I got 12 sets of squats at 215 lbs. You're not supposed to pause the stopwatch while you squat right? I don't see how some of yall are getting to 16 sets

I didn’t pause, but could have squeezed in another set or two earlier. I was afraid of running out of steam at the end.

No. Just 10 straight minutes.
My legs are shaking right now. I got 14 @ 250lbs. Some of these guys just have way more endurance than me. It's pretty awesome. I bet we do these again before the end to track our progress.

What kind of weight are you gorillas using on farmers carry? When I do 45s my forearms are on fire at the end.
