I did them up on my knuckles and it was fine. I don't know what's up with my wrist but extension has been hurting like a bitch for a little over a month now. Any suggestions?

Yea I had been dreading it all workout, and it did suck. That was a pretty tough workout; I wasn’t speed walking for the 30min recovery haha

Worked out for me. I push mowed my yard. It's 3/4 acre and took about 3 hours. I'll probably regret it in the morning.

Oh I went for the walk it was just a slow sad walk of someone who burned all their energy instead of an up tempo carefree jaunt

Day 1 was fun, except for those damn wall sits. I did 6 rounds of the AMRAP, and I was happy with that.

Good luck fellas. Can’t participate this year because I’m traveling over the next few weeks but I got the banners up from the previous two years. Enjoy it! I’ll be back with you all next year.

Almost injured something warming up on bench. Some damn reason I put 2 tens on one side instead of on my weight tree. Almost threw me off the bench.

Day 3 has been posted. Back squats are as many sets of 2 @ 80% in a 10 minute window. That's going to be interesting.

I'll be hauling arse home after work ready to get going!

I don't even try to "man up" on those. I use straps. My grip def fails way before my legs/back. Plus they hurt my wrists.

Honestly the push-ups were harder than the wall sits imo

Day 1 Cardio I go t 7 rounds. I respectfully disagree about which was harder though, the wall sits were killing me, lol.

Day 2 is complete. Transitioning back to early morning training after 2+ months of training in the evening. The squat sets of 2 for 10 minutes was much more intimidating on paper than in actuality. I went every 45 seconds and got 13 sets.

Snatch Grip Deads for 10 reps -- when I saw the Day posted I thought this was weak for the cardio. It was not.

I got 7 rounds and I agree, the push ups were the hard part for me too.
