It’s hard to explain, but Echo bikes will absolutely roast you.

Hey man. Wanted to say thanks again for introducing PPSA to the board, I’ve been his programs since and love them. Question, found out Friday that I have a 5mm excursion in my left meniscus and most likely a tear; did this playing golf of all things. I’m currently doing summer stacked and was hoping to get your input on subbing deads with chins as I can’t pull from the floor without my knee screaming. Thanks again
Is no one going to add context how what “mission accomplished” was referring to? Either you don’t know or trying to score internet points…… enlighten us
You don’t have a lot of processing power; this post is exhibit one

Aaron has a power lift meet prep on his instagram tidbits.

Big back billy
Silverback
Stacked jacked
Periodic table
Mass that last.

He says run them in any order, but mass that lasts last. I know you aren’t prepping for meet, but I bet these would be great for your goal.
Are you referring to overhead med ball throws when talking about triple extension? I’ve been on PPSA for solids three years and love everything about it. I am however an avid golfer and have been thinking about running sports strength with replacements for the Olympic lifts(I don’t know how to do them) as I increase my speed training this golf off season. I lurk on here a lot, and rarely contribute, but I’d like to say thanks for the non bs info you provide

In Greyskull fashion, I’m going to rotate my main lifts to establish some new movement patterns, rest some aching parts

30* incline bench for bench
SSB squats for traditional barbell squat
Hex bar or rack pulls for deads

Thoughts? I know I’ll most likely need to lower my Tm’s for ssb and incline

It is tough. He mentions it on his Instagram as 1 of 5 programs to run for a powerlifting meet prep.

Yes, it's hard af. It's main focus seems to be to make you vomit

What’s everyone’s favorite for reduced calories? I haven’t posted much at all, but I’ve been running ppsa for awhile now. I’ve run pump city remastered, 70 big, and now on pump city again for my last three cycles

Oh, I know. I get tired of hearing about all these boogeymen in nutrition.

That study doesn’t support the headline.

I’d look for something without blends, you have now idea how the ingredients are dosed. Layne Norton’s out work nutrition pre is well doses and has no blends.

Like LSU said, don’t worry about the weight on db lats. Make them slow and make them sizzle.

Yea , forever seems to have enough to keep me going for awhile. I was surprised on how flexible it can really be.

Good to see some 5/3/1 love, I’d love to hear more about beefcake. I joined Jim’s personal forum and it’s a lot of great info. I’ll have to search for it there.

I’m finishing the first prep cycle on kryptiia. Upper body, glutes and quads are popping from all the dips and db squats. Can’t wait to see the results when we start pushing assistance. Also loving the quick training times, we have been fable to push through in 30 or so minutes using a 80% training max.

Today was squats, third week-

Agile 8

10-15 med ball slams

5 reps @ 135, 185, 225, 245, 280, 315
5x5 @ 245

Weighted dips - 25lbs
Chins - bw

5/3/1 assistance ?

Banging my way through Krypteria now, but trying to block out the next 6-12 months for when we are finished. In Forever, when assistance reps are assigned, is that a total rep count for the week?

Thanks
