Day 3 down. I feel like I could pull start the hell out of a lawnmower right now.

Sorry if this is a dumb question - first year doing this. But can someone explain the cardio portion for D4?

Is it just saying to pick any bicep and tricep movement you want and do 125 reps of each?

Yes, split it up however you want. I'll probably do sets of 15. I'll get my assistant to do the math.

You can even do different movements. That's my plan. Just get 125 reps of bicep work and 125 triceps work.

Great workout again

Used 65lb dumbbells for the FWs. (34% BW). Perfect weight as the last two sets came close to failure

Curls into FWs is rough!

D3 done. Forearms are on fire.

I used 80s for FW as it was the heaviest we have 40% is 86 lbs so close enough. I was struggling at the end.

1 day closer to a day off

I was thinking 10x12 and probably going to superset. Might do a set of 5 warm up to make the 125

I'm probably gonna do 5x25 between EZ bar curls and cable pushdowns and SS them.

Gonna burn

Oh man those farmers walks kicked my arse by the end. Did 75s but wished I had started my cut a month earlier haha.

I’m going to do a hammer curl/triceps pushdown/ezcurl bar 21s/overhead tricep extension superset and figure out the number of reps/sets out later

Woke up to lift this morning. Couldn't mentally put myself in the gym and had to essentially bribe myself to get out of bed. Hit a mild paced 4.5 miles instead. I'm not sure how that is any better, but I needed to run to clear my head I guess

Gonna hit the gym at lunch. Happy Friday!

I slept in. Leaving work early to go the gym and then go watch Destrahan beat Terrebonne. My wife is probably going to pull a hamstring while dancing at halftime! Lol!

Not sure how I'm going to do a month of this

I'm currently working on the cardio with dumbbells at work

Absolutely solid workout this morning. As is typical for me, both bench and squat started moving better by set 3. Deads were smooth across the board.

The tris and bis.... Went with a 5x25 SS of pushdowns and ez bar curls with 90s rest. I had to drop the weight down on set 4 of the curls. Its interesting how your arms can burn while simultaneously feel heavy and numb. Plan on enjoying 2 days or no (planned) lifting this weekend.

Day 4 done, that took me almost 1hr 20mins, I had 2 min breaks between squats & bench, 2.5 min on deads.... also had 2 warm up sets on the big 3 so added some time

finished with barbell curls & dumbbell skullcrushers, and arms were smoked

Glad week 1 only had 4 days, weekend break is going to be nice!

cheers fellas
