My first time doing one of his Seesaw and really enjoyed it
I can see for the strong folks out there the changing of plates getting really annoying but for me it helped the sets move by quickly

Freaking hamstrings sore from the RDLs yesterday, I knew it

seesaw is great but man...annoying to with so much changing of the weights but honestly didnt bother me too much, i rounded some to make it easier. if you have a partner i think it would get old possibly

now 21 to party...frick...he has some days in the plan that have 21 sets of bench or 21 sets of squats. stupid tough but program is laid out well and you get wicked pump

Pace was great on today's workout. Squats were good, but I should have done some pushups in between sets to get ready for the bench/ rear lateral supetset.

By the 6th set of KB swings, I was getting winded. Maybe shouldn't have used a 50lb kb.

Overall a good workout....and quick.

Love that determination Mr.Goggins.

Got me there. I intend to make a good faith effort but not sure how the legs will respond to hitting them 5x per week. One thought I had was to take one of the weekdays off and catch up on Saturday, which is the day I have most time to lift anyway.

agreed on changing the plates but made the breaks go by quick. also did 20 kb swings to cut down on time as my kb isn't super heavy...

I did 1 minute easy assault bike ride between kettle bell swings. Felt good to keep the legs moving and the HR up.

Wait, were we supposed to be doing that much weight for Farmer's Walks this whole time?

My home gym DBs only go up to 52.5 which is slightly less than 1/3 my body weight.

I may have to hit the gym at lunch, but that's a shite load of farmer carrya for the public gym

My wife has just started lifting for first time ever so her squat max is like 135 and mine is 405 so seesaw was a pain

Yup

That's why I go at lunch on days my wife decides to wake up early and use the home gym

Takes a 45 min workout up to 75, easily

Day 2 went well. The first set on both squat and bench was meh. It has been taking a set or 2 for my shoulder to loosen up. The rest of the sets were very smooth. Skullcrushers started very well, but those last 2 sets had my arms on fire. KB swings were much easier than they should've been. This was due to not having access to a heavy enough KB to get the blood really flowing. I may try to grab a DB next time to see if I can hold it secure enough for swings.

That first set of 10 on the seesaw was rough because I’m sore from day 1, but I overall liked today’s workout.

Only modification I made was doing the KB swings as a 10 minute EMOM rather than taking a full 60 second rest between sets just to speed up the process

Don’t want to make a whole new thread for this question. Figured I’d just ask here.

What shoes do yall squat in?
