Most will struggle to get out of the Diane with the stupid HSPU forearm measurement BS that is being done again.

If the CFGs doesn’t use this criteria, then why force the open to do so?

Didn't feel great this morning and saw my measurement out the tape damn near to the girls wallball line so I decided to scale after a couple successful but painfully slow hspu attempt.

7:59 scaled. Minute faster than 18.4, and no embarrassing no rep push ups

Got a PR on the Diane portion at 5:15, but that 315# dL is brutal after all that. I prob would have gotten the extra 2 reps to complete that if I had someone change my weight for me but never would have made it through hand stand walks.

I watched a few attempt it today. One guy managed 102Rx, one got 92Rx and the last 90Rx.

Since I already did 60 DL at 225 and 60 HSPUs yesterday, I’m waiting until Monday. I’m going to try and play to smart and go 8-7-6, 8-7 & 5-4 on both movements for each round. I could probably go unbroken in the 21s for both but that would probably screw up my other rounds.

My goal at 315 is to go TNG for a big set out the gate and then get what I can afterwards. I dicked around with 315 without warming up and pumped out a quick 4 rep set.

I tried kicking up on some HS walks and managed a 5’ section, but that was without me being gassed. I doubt I will get any if I make it that far.

Plan for Diane and I’ll try to incorporate more kipping than usual and narrower HSPUs to avoid no reps.

I did it scaled on Friday on my own. Messed up because I didn't have my weights ready for the second round and cost myself a minute unclamping, getting plates and reclamping. Had a chance to finish without that.

Did it scaled today, but scaled HRPUs down to my knees.

I slept like arse last night and felt it. Felt like my blood sugar dropped low after Diane. Weak, shaky, light headed... Just sucked.

130 reps.

I'm still going through cold/sinus infection or whatever I had for two weeks recovery. That thing gassed me bad. I did the 21 reps of 185 and called it a day.

Did it scaled. Finished in 7:48. Probably had a few seconds in me. I didn't have two bars ready. But I doubt it cost me much.

I can tell you that the combo of deads and bear crawls had my hamstring origins screaming like I have never felt. Loved it in a weird way.

I'll easily get to the pistols, and try to do some, but this L-knee tendinitis is probably something I can't overcome.

Found out I can do a pistol last night, so I'm actually pumped for this one. Doing 30 may not be in the cards, but I'm really hoping to get to 225. If I do make it that far, I'll probably be too dead to do pistols again, but I can't jerk 275 so thats alright

Got 160rx this morning. That 185# clean & jerk was like a cold slap to the face lol.

My PR on c&j is 255# but I couldn’t get the jerk on the 225# this morning. The pistols weren’t bad really, after the first 10 reps the ankles really loosened up to them.

I’m trying it this afternoon. My goal is to make it past the first 30 pistols and see what happens on the 225 C&J. It would be a PR so I doubt I can get it overhead after all those other reps

This tells me I should temper my expectations a bit I can clean 285~295ish but my jerk is pretty weak. Looks like all those reps and jumps leading up take a toll.

I utilized the frick out of them. Judge made me alternate feet every rep, which I didn't think was a standard, but whatever. They definitely helped. Got 4 reps of 225, and was surprised how well the pistols went. Could probably get 2-3 more if I was forced to do it again, but not much.

If my L knee wasn’t fricked up, I’d get to 225.

I may load up with 3 or 4 knee sleeves on the L knee to see if it’ll help.
