Wait a goldarned minute. Pretty sure you've told me exactly none of these.

They guard those like gold. No way they share them freely.

They guy may have just paced better to get those reps, I went out too fast and crashed 5 rounds in.

I am telling you after a trial run at both that the average guy that is going to get time capped, snatch will have him going too slow on the burpees. The C and J was nice as it kept the rhythm the same for 15 minutes.

he won’t listen. He has two speeds: go fast. And lay down.

I have a lot of gears that involve lots and lots of sweating and cursing and leaning on things.

I went in to it planning to do RX and after watching a few other people do it, talked myself into going scaled at 65# and stepping over the bar. Time capped in the 9th round. Snatched the weight unbroken the whole workout but the burpees just killed me. By round 6 they were getting realllly slow. I’m glad I didn’t try RX now. Being 6’-3” didn’t help.

That describes a lot of people.

I am typically one of the ones that starts out slow, but not on purpose. Evidently, it takes me a long time to get loose. I take pride when I get to run down the skinnies at the end of the workout.

I am just poking fun , I am full of crap most of the time. Sometimes in CF it is hard not to scheme for the best score versus do the workout with as much intensity as possible.

I am one that believes that work over time is the way to go, and that normally coincides with a higher score or whatever. But sometimes it is a great training idea to go out hard and try to hold on as long as you can.

Was going to say the same because of "arse to grass", but then I remembered how many movements have a full squat in it

We have been working on a bunch of squat cleans and toes to bars lately. I wonder if they give the affiliate owners a bit of a heads up.

My DUs are trash.. I’ll be lucky to hit 24 reps in 2 sets.

I’m good on the thrusters and TTB, but wasting energy on DUs will make the other movements struggle.

I pulled out an old Rx Smartgear rope and after 5 min I packed it up.

Heavy as shite and it’ll hurt like hell 5 min in when I’m whipping myself to death.

13Rx (442) this morning.

Actually really enjoyed it and for the first time feel like I held back too long. Unbroken thrusters and dubs the whole way (aside from frick ups) and 3-3 TTB from the beginning. Went unbroken everything the last 3 rounds. Feel like I could do 15, but not enough to try again

I love this one, but I am too damn sick to do it. Started the steroid/anti-biotic thing yesterday. Not sure if Monday is enough time to feel good enough.
