Wild Spring Dunes

I saw it just opened this week. Anyone get a chance to play it? It’s around Mt. Enterprise Tx I believe. Same people that built Banded Dunes as well as Pinehurst #9 or 10. I read it walking only, can’t even use pull carts so that’ll be interesting.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but where did you see that? Bandon and Sand Valley both have push carts for free. Seems weird they wouldn't have the same set up for WSD.

I booked a foursome the week after Christmas. I'm pretty excited considering the amazing experiences we had at the other two resorts the last two years.

That’s what it says on the website. It says no push carts allowed at this time, hopefully that will change at some point.

It's $195 in December when I go. If I wanted to play Black horse down the street, it would be $150. Caddie will be another $120 after tip. So, $315. Is that a crazy amount of money to hit a ball with a stick for 4 hours, yeah. However, golf isn't getting any cheaper. I'll pay that once a year to play a Tom Doak course a couple hours away.
