You are a freaking legend!
I idolize your life choices.
I will increase the amount of bacon I eat to try to get to bopper level fitness.

I haven't been in a gym in 10+ years.
6'3 195, up to 280 average with the D stick. Shot a 77 today playing with my wife and 3 year old daughter running around. 4 drives over 300 including a 330 poke. And I drank since about hole 1.
Fight me.

Lots of mobility movements and some cardio. Just try to stay limber.

As soon as my feet touch the ground beside my bed I hit 10 supersets of 50 air squats and pushups before I even take my morning piss. Then some intense stretching for about 30 minutes and if it's a cardio day I run sprints with a 40lb weighted vest up my driveway which is on a pretty decent incline and about 60 yards long. Set of pullups til failure with the vest still on after every sprint then rest for 30 seconds. Rest gets longer than I wish it was toward the end. Then shower and work. Weight training after work everyday. I don't do this for golf but it definitely helps out on the course. I used to be addicted to drugs and when I quit I filled the void with working out and golf. I haven't looked back since.

2 hours a day in the gym, followed by 15 miles a day on my bicycle. Then 9 holes with my golf buddy.

I cut grass with a push mower, weed eat, trim the hedges, clean the drain gutters, rake leaves, pull weeds, power wash everything, wash my cars, wash my dogs, that's about it.

I was wondering when he would show up here.

Not him. Guidry is a legitimate doctor and is VERY serious about golf fitness.
