What's your fitness routine?

Other than 12 oz curls of course.
MHD and I have crazy speed and hit seeds from getting after it in the gym.
Myself, I do a lot of functional training, with an emphasis on the midline. Get on those squats, deadlifts, ghd sit-ups, and rotational movements and maybe one day you old frickers can get to par 5s in two.

I roll over to edge of bed each morning and stretch by trying to touch my toes.
Then I stand up. I walk to the bathroom. I then weigh.I make a cup of coffee. I drink it.
I take the stairs at work. I’m trying to do a series of isometric exercises, but mostly I try to stretch. I walk when I play golf for the most part. I also play pickleball some.
“I do not even lift.”

Nothing serious these days. Just trying to keep the dad bod maintained.
Occasional DBs or compound lifts with 20-30 min of cardio 2-3x a week.
Have reached the age where I have to do a lot of stretching and yoga in between and before rounds for the back.

You don't even touch my average speed, how can statement hold true and I haven't seen the inside of a gym in 5 years.

I just got a treadmill. I’m running 3 days walking the other 4. Hopefully, when it stops being Africa hot, I’ll be walking the course on the weekends.
I do a lot of band work for “lifting.” I’ll probably invest in some heavier weights later this year.
Last, I’ve gotten back on LCHF diet. I feel great! I’m down 12 lbs in 6weeks.

I routinely work on fitness pizza in my mouth.
I'll show myself out.

Went to Club Champion in Tampa a few weeks ago for loft and lie settings on my irons. got warmed up and set a baseline with my driver for a future fitting, at average 119.3mph (high of 121), launch angle 11.4* with 2215 s/r. Was carrying the driver 294 average over 10 swings (longest was 302 carry)
Getting my irons delofted to utilize the bounce a little more and quit digging into the turf as my attack angle is "kinda" steep but not severe, irons are 1* flat and 1.5* weak for optimal spread across the set

I do a good yawn stretchy in bed, then go walk the dog in the field and try not to step in a hole and break a hip.
Come back home after a good 30 minutes and eat some biscuits, gravy or bacon.
Take a hot shower, read the net and head out to try to find my next golf deals.
Its exhausting, but I muddle through every day.
I lifted weight every day from the 7th grade at Istrouma to my final year in Semi-Pro Football.... When I was done with football, I never touched another weight or jogged.

Nice swing speed, but you should he carrying it about 310 to 315 with that speed. Your carry numbers aren't pretty close to mine and you are 4 or 5 miles per hour faster.

midgets dont have to move the weight as far so it's easier for them to lift.
