While I will watch this and it might even have some pretty exciting outcomes, it doesn’t fix the main problem that the PGA is facing right now that some people just get bored with the same 72 hole stroke play tournaments.
They should’ve done some kind of team match play format.

People will see right through this. They should have done something to innovate and created a different format to make it seem like their own. They essentially copy/pasted the LIV format. The top 50 are already bitching about the amount of tournaments they currently play, so does this mean that some of the lower end tourneys (John Deere for example) will wither away and they'll just be a platform for the Korn Ferry guys to try and earn their card?

I don't understand this complaint. The PGA has 2 match play events on the schedule. Neither is that big of a draw. Do you really think the PGA is unaware of what fans want to see? its golf. I don't see how it could be more interesting than stroke play like we've seen this past week? Or in the matches prior to that?

or you could say they are "adapting" which is something many LIV fanboys here were screaming about.
Is it guaranteed money just for showing up? Or do you have to win the money? I understand there is no cut. But I don't think anyone is guaranteed a specific amount beforehand.
