75 at Lexington Country Club

12ish hdcp.

Making 5 or 6 birdies is key to helping score low. Makes up for all the bogies.

A 73 tournament average is pretty good.

I played to a +3 at my best. Then blew a disc and that just killed my game.

64 at Santa Maria as a 4 handicap when I was mainly playing UClub

Played white tees with a customer and it was a wet course. Birdied 8 holes, but none of the par 5s.

80, multiple times, most recently at The Oaks in Pass Christian, 14 handicap

I've had three putts less than 8' to break it and missed them all...I can remember each of them distinctly

That’ll do it.

Always aching then sitting on a driving range hitting my millionth golf ball for no reason and I said frick this game.

Just picked it back up during Covid after a 10 year layoff. Its a lot more fun now and I barely see a driving range.

Did break 70 this summer for the first time since coming back. Reunion CC in Madison. So I’ll call that my new career low.

76 twice. Once at Abita Springs when I was in HS. Don't remember if I even had a handicap at the time. I was mostly in the low to mid 80s back then with a very occasional 78-79.

Last time was at Windrose in Spring, TX. I was around a 6.5 then.

I can still crack 70 on a good day. Good days on the course are just further between now.

Career best now will be if I can shoot my age. 5 shots is the closest I’ve gotten so far.

I hardly ever hit range balls anymore. I’ve only got so many swings a day now. If I run into really slow groups I can cramp up.

Last round I was -1 after 11, back locked up on me and I had to bail.

9.7 index.

The 8 scores that count are skewed by the 4 best. (79,80,80,80).

Bad scores are meaningless until the good ones roll off. Whenever I play well, index drop is immediate. Have to play really bad for several rounds to move up the index.

Career low is 75. After yesterday, that seems beyond reach for me. However, other than distance and direction, everything else was spot on.

My low seems like chump change compared to some of the scores in here...lol. Shot 34/40 for a 74 at LaTour as an 8.7. A double on 18 cost me an even par round.

Mine's chump change compared to yours. So you have that going for you

10/20/18 at Cypresswood in Humble. 79 and I didn't have a handicap then.

Made a 40 foot putt from the fringe on 18 to break 80 for the first time. I assumed I would break 80 regularly after that. I started tracking my scores and handicap soon after. I've managed to get to a 9.4 this fall, but I have yet to break 80 again.

67 at Pelican Point Lakes (same 9 twice, par 70)

70 at Santa Maria (par 72) if the above doesn't really count.

Both were in spring 2020. Only broke par one other time with a 71 at Webb earlier this summer.

My low is very high compared to all of y'alls lol. Been playing about 4 years, the first few years only playing 12-20 times a year max. This year I've finally played like 45 or so times.

Both this year, 88 at Pelican Point followed up next round with an 86 at Santa Maria when my handicap was 23. Next round went back up to low-mid 90s, damnit

Also was +3 on the back 9 hole Lakes Course at Pelican around that same time. Didn't have time for 18 that day, but that was the best feeling I've ever had on a golf course

73. Three times.

Webb - HC was around a 7.
Beaver Creek (twice) - HC was a 6 & then a 5.

One day I will shoot par or below, damn it!
