I'm level 9. Strongest Pokemon I have is a 548cp Flareon. The move set is the best Flareon set (Ember/Flamethrower), and the IV Spreadsheet on Reddit says its 91% perfect, so it's a pretty good Pokemon. Wondering if it's worth powering up anymore or if I should just keep collecting Eevees until I find one that is 100%... or go with another type of evolved Eevee

You will ditch that flareon for candy really soon as that CP level is really low. Don't waste any stardust or candy on powering up. By the time you reach level 20, you will be catching 550 - 650 CP eevees to evolve. I wouldn't evolve an eevee until they are 600 CP. I have seven evolved eevees above 1500 CP and that is exactly the route I took.

Man after two straight days of 100% smooth sailing with the servers I got booted this afternoon right after i dropped a lure and egg. Haven't been able to log in for the past two hours.

Question, when would y'all suggest using stardust? I've been saving that shite like cray but now I am lvl 16 and have some 1000+ fully evolved pokemon is it time to power them up to the max?

I wouldn't use stardust or power anything up until at least late teens, but probably better to wait post 20.

I think I only had one minor server issue today that lasted less than 5 minutes or so.
