So I have a 490CP vapereon now. Any chance I could beat a 900cp Snorlax with him?

Probably not a Snorlax, but anything else I would give it a shot. Vape is OP as frick right now.

You're right. Snorlax is a monster. I think with powerups though I can get this vap up to cp800 or so. He has a lot of room left on his bar.

But at least I think I found a Magikarp nest right next to campus. Had a Magikarp spawn next to a Shrimp Basket last night and I check again this morning and another spawned in that exact same spot again today.

I know the guy who's friends with the two guys that made pokevosion. Talked to him last night they never intended for it to get this big, it started out just for team valor

It's one of the strongest moves for water pokemon in the actual game, so I assume it's the same for PoGo

That sucks. This is why I am now scared to evolve my pokes even though I"m level 20.
Have enough candy to get Ivysaur, Sandslash, Nidoqueen, Parasect, Venomoth, Dugtrio, Persian, Golduck, Rapidash, and Seaking but not sure when to stop looking for high CP wild first forms.
I guess I should hatch all of my eggs first. Problem is I was running low on incubators so a lot of my eggs were obtained when I was lower level so the CP will be lower than it should be.

See that's cool and all, but different Pokemon should spawn wherever you are living too. I'm not talking about rares, but shite like that minus the dratini. Living in a more populated area shouldn't necessarily give you such a huge advantage.

Agreed. As was mentioned earlier, it would be awesome if hiking or going to the beach or going to the forest in nice scenic unpopulated places would have new Pokemon unique to that environment. As opposed to the urban sprawl.

One of my students apparently downloaded some hack that allows him to play without walking. A d-pad appears on the screen and he can use it to move freely, as well as teleport. I watched him teleport to China and catch Pokemon "there" while eating his hamburger at lunch.
He's also the fattest kid in the class. The irony is not lost on me.
