are you using punt block or punt safe? When I started using punt safe the roughing penalties stopped. It's just not worth it for the once every few games where I might actually get a block.
Normally I play safe unless I’m not paying much attention because of kids or my wife.

Especially when you consider that the CPU decides to go on full unstoppable mode if they retain possession after a penalty. I'll be absolutely dominant and the moment I get a roughing call, I can't stop them at all moving forward.
I understand momentum is real but it becomes unstoppable in this game.

I changed interceptions/ pass coverage / pass D all to zero for CPU and they are still stickier and better on Pass D than the OG build of the game. OL blocking is still horrific too.
I played a game against UCONN in Dynasty and they deflected 14 passes on my 35 ish attempts - and I was calling pet plays that are typically schemed open with a good QB. Wild stuff.

So far every video I’ve seen shows this game as glitchy as hell.
Has that been the experience here?

RBs zooming out of holes seems to be the one I get the most often.
I've played 3 seasons. Have lost one game each season to an unranked team, but blow out the good teams. Maybe one competitive playoff game in 3 years. All the tough games are against vastly inferior opponents. The good teams will come in throwing the ball 70% of the time, yet against me they'll run on 1st and 2nd down and throw on 3rd. Every possession until they get down 3 scores.
ETA: Started out with Bama on All-American just to get the hang of the game again before I start a new dynasty as a coordinator.

I started noticing this last night. Every possession is now Run-Run-Pass if it’s 3rd and 6+. Run-Run-Run if it’s 3rd and 5 or less. I feel like the CPU playcalling was mixed up pretty well before the patch, and now it’s garbage.

the AI speed compared to player speed is off the charts. Played a game last night against a team and their RB was shredding me. darting in and out of holes and bursting around the corner for huge gains and could barely be caught. Dude had to be like a 98 overall speed. Meanwhile, my 98 spd 98 acceleration player gets caught from behind constantly by slow arse safeties.
Nah, 86 overall player, 88 speed, 89 acceleration. What

Guess I've been lucky. Haven't seen but maybe one really glitchy looking thing out of like 80+ games. Now if you are talking something like body parts going through each other..that is going to happen no matter what with most sports games.

You must be playing on Heisman. I haven't noticed this on All American.

I was play Ole Miss in my MTSU dynasty. Miraculously get a 3 and out on the first possession. Forget to do safe return, penalty gives them the ball back. Next play Jaxson Dart takes a 12 step drop under pressure and heaves a dime 60 yards in the air downfield off his back foot for a TD. The struggle is real

Nope, that was actually on varsity.

Don't know what to tell you then. I played varsity once and it was way too easy to run and I was stuffing the cpu rb on pretty much every play. I don't even consider myself good.

I mean, it isn't difficult. The game is buggy as hell. It plays differently for everyone because of it. The update really screwed with offline dynasties, which is what this was. They are all over the place. Was just providing additional examples.

I play on All American and I can count on my two hands how many incompletions I’ve forced in about 10 games played. Half of them were interceptions. Every Sun Belt and C USA QB I face is prime Aaron Rodgers

Yeah I’m not playing this game until they fix the latest patch for offline dynasties. It was/is a complete shitshow. Every complaint I had about the game was about a 3-4 level of annoyance and this patch made them about a 7.5-8.5. Played a little Madden and while it is improved, it still has its legacy issues.

Just played as Washington against Northwestern on All American. I have pass defense and reaction at 60 and interceptions at 25 with cpu accuracy at 15. It was very realistic. I had a ton of knockdowns and the cpu had about 3 or 4 overthrows. Cpu completion rate was 61% they still beat me because I threw a stupid pick 6 at the end but I was really happy how the game played out with those slider settings.

I won 2 Nattys and a Heisman in 7ish years with Sam Houston State as HC and keep only getting offered coordinator jobs at the Baylors/Akrons of the world
Hoping LSU or USC opens up their standards soon.

I started one dynasty as the OC at Southern Miss with my alma matter as Ole Miss, after my first year, Sam Houston offered me their HC position. I took it and year 2 I won a natty. Went on to win 2 more with them and took an offer to become HC at Stanford. One a natty with them in year one and two. I wanted to become the HC at Ole Miss eventually, so I just started simming seasons. I was offered OC and DC in various seasons, but simming through 24ish years, I was never offered the HC position in Oxford. It would seem like you would have some choices of throwing your name in the hat for a school of your choice, but it never came. Offers for Michigan, Alabama and Ohio State nearly every year, but never Ole Miss.

I keep beating Florida in the playoff so doubt they ever offer unless they pull an actual Florida, fire their playoff coach and hire some bum G5 guy (wait thats me)

Is ultimate team only way to play co op on same team? I’m so sick of UT. It’s a damn scam and pay to win

The way this game has been going, he's more likely to leave for a DC position at Cal
