I linked the WB and Potter site, but how do I merge it to PS5? I’m confused.

It did it Automatically for me. A QR code popped up and once I signed in it did it

So you just stay logged in and it pops up on the PS5?

Time to upgrade!

Finally finished AC Origins (and all the DLCs...Curse of the Pharaohs went on fooooorever) and ready to start Hogwarts on Friday!
Any recommendations for which house to pick? I read that only Hufflepuffs get access to the Azkaban quest, so is it worth just picking that house?
Thanks!

I found the game to be mediocre/repetitive at best, but I got far enough to where I wanted to finish, and I had progressed enough regarding platinum (PS5) that I decided to go for it. I had one item left to get and found the chest, only to open the chest and have nothing happen. The item never made it to my inventory but the chest remained open and there was no way for me to get that last thing that I needed. Apparently this was a bug that was patched at some point but it did me no good lol.
Edit to add: I still needed to speed run the other houses to fully get platinum but I was so pissed about this item that I never did. I guess I could always try and get it during a speed run, but the requirement is to just get to a certain point (map room) with each house. The item I needed was late game I believe, and since that was a couple of years ago I wouldn't likely remember how to get there.

I think Hufflepuff was the house with the extra quest plus they live in comfy hobbit holes.
At first the game was a 9 for me because I did really like running around Hogwarts. It definitely has the Ubisoft repetitive tasks issues but I had a lot of fun with the combat and some of the puzzles.
My final rating is a 7 because I had EVERYTHING done thinking I was nearly finished and then the last area opened up. That was cruel.
I still liked it enough to play a second time and I think I read they recently built in mod support so you can install some cool additions and now you can get the quest that was part of the exclusive package.
I can see myself playing again in another year.

I was Hufflepuff. Well, I know i had it as a Hufflepuff. My daughter is playing as a Ravenclaw and as far as I know she didn't have it.

If you are a Hogwarts fan, you're going to love the game just from the extensiveness of the world. It seems every room, hallway and toilet of Hogwarts is accessible with a lot of Hogsmeade as well. The map is ginormous and helps flesh out the magical world nicely. Because it's a sandbox, you can actually walk the entire length and width of the map (but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a lot of time to kill).
The 2nd map (the expansion you get to only after getting to a certain part) seems more like an afterthought. Yes, there are things to do, see and accomplish there and the story has events there, but compared to the amount of activity in and around Hogwarts and Hogsmeade, a lot of that space just feels wasted.
Aside from Mary Sue Tranny, the story itself is fun and immersive with lots of variety in tests and things to do which aren't the main questline. I would have liked a little more variety in eye-wear and wouldn't mind a big ol' DLC, but even with that said, the game is well worth the price, imho.

Appreciate the info!
I played for around 9 hours this weekend and spent most of the time just running around figuring out puzzles and whatnot, while ignoring main missions and side quests
However, I did make it to Hogsmeade and finished the initial quest there of grabbing supplies.
Thank god for the transmog feature. I picked up so many random pieces of gear in my first 9 hours and I think almost all of it is butt ugly :lol
But yeah, it has been very addicting so far. Decided to go with Slytherin, and I'll just watch a walkthrough of the unique Hufflepuff quest. :

I'm still at it and really do love playing this game. Just last night I collected my last Daedalus Key & completed the House Token quest. My current hang up is defeating the Ranrok dragon. Holy hell, that's annoying. Even more so that it requires only Level 24 and I'm at 35.

I was the opposite I was so overleveled by the endgame everything was cake. I spent too much time finding pages and clearing bandit camps that I didn’t even expand the room of requirement until I was close to 30. Then I went shiny hunting because my kids loved catching and breeding animals although that led to some interesting conversations.

We kind of have a lull until Claire Obscure at least for me since I’m not a monster hunter person and KCD2 is a game I can only play in spurts. Might play through this again reading through the thread how excited we all were. Better times

I made it about 10 hours. But, to be fair I was never a big Harry Potter guy, but I let the board hype me up enough to get it anyway

The best part is the castle. If you’re not a fan of the world, it’s not going to hit in quite the same way.
