It was very much worth it, I looked at Ravenclaw standard and the ones i get for 5 min of my time an theyre so much better they shouldve been standard someone fricked that up

I'm curious to see in game whether clothing, wands, etc. have stats or are just purely cosmetic. Unless I just missed it, every time that question was asked in any of the recent AMAs, those questions were always sidestepped, even if other parts of the question were answered.

Watch the 12 min video i posted last page i think he might have something in the slight ballpark of an answer for you
Edit: it just confirms wands can be customized but stops short of more than color but does add "theres a ton of customization in this game for both wands and attire" if that just means cosmetic idk

Yep, I've watched that video and a few others. Quick to answer that they are customizable, but always sidestepped questions about whether they had stats versus being purely cosmetic.

Via also claims game is easily a 100 hour game at a brisk pace; breakneck pacers can likely go 80. This is shipping into withcer 3 length and these are first run estimates. Someone who wants to be completionist could maybe hit 300 hours for all in first blind go.

Stat modding wands wouldnt make sense in game. I think the rpg game or progression will come from spells, upgrades to those spells , combo chains and the huge chain of how the spells change depends on when or if chained up, plus gsme items like invisibilty cloak or time turned or whatever

I am hearing from multiple places only PS5 people are being allowed to begin the download now and play when its done. Its being said to roll out slowly but mine is still on timer.

Early reports I heard were that both consoles would be able to preload, but Steam would not. Doesn’t matter a ton to me because of my download/drive speed, but I know there are a lot of PC gamers who aren’t happy.

It s taking advantage of your PS5 inner timer to get it early by setting it ti the earliest time slot a place New Zealand you will get the game about 3 hours early. But that takes some jank

It is downloading in full !!! 79.632 GB on PS5 no patch add though us in early access will get day one patch with wide release

Yes mine has fully downloaded and is displayed locked on PS5 home screen with 1 dday 22 hours timing down. Get it downloaded early folks its already up

Mine is fully downloaded, oddly enough it came with a patch too if about 8GB even when they said no day 1 patch would arrive for early access. Maybe just some ironing out not the true day one I imagined it be much bigger

LOL some people have accidentally gotten their games unlocked already do a rolling look. Large amounts or discs were shipped early too for public. Be wary of spillers. Have a bit of info on what that extra little patch was in a bit.
All who have lucked into this are reporting the game plays as buttery smooth as possible only noticing a mild main character Audio bug.
Having said all this people you all need to be extremely spoiler wary. There are people legit playing the game streaming just normjes not early access NDA or embargo people. They are posting it everywhere too. Avoid anywhere this could find you if you don’t want any thing spoiler at all. But, based on this the game appears “knocks on wood” to be supremely polished and smooth day 1

All of this is making me itchy. If Steam were to drop the ball for just a bit, I could likely have the game downloaded and installed in less than 20m

Mine I only consider a bit above average and it took 2 hours. I do have a secondary booster in my home though near where my gf works
