I'll post my percentages below. But I've taken Pottermore several times and it's always either Gryf or Slytherin. I wish I was more Puff considering they have the best common room and are right next to the kitchens. They're most def the party house

I'm:

32% Slytherin
32% Gryffindor
29% Hufflepuff
7% Ravenclaw

Based on the teasers from a few months ago, I would rank my favorite common rooms as Ravenclaw, with Hufflepuff close behind. Big gap. Gryffindor. Big gap. Slytherin.

They must have had a super fricking lose embargbo on much past footage we already know in the ether the total spell numbers, how adva kadarva is handlded, and soooo much more. I wont post here but its alllll out there this game looks fricking GOOD ON PS5

Disclaimer: the bits below come from someone who I trust as a truly non shill and independent reviewer doing YouTube and other media who had early access.

One tidbit; different spells could have various offshoot actions or purposes based on their placement in combos with other spells creating a chain reaction on each combo spell attack

Finally if you wish to see how Adva will be integrated read below i will put spacing spoilers:

It WILL be usable in certain fights only where it is scripted into your loadout and only if you idk "qualify" or however they will do it into the darkness. It will auto slot as one of your 4 offensive spells but have an extremely long massive coool down on it so its not a i win button, further its most use will be cut scene driven. The other two banned curses though WILL BE possible to get to a point in your path they are load out spells

I wish my laptop could handle this. It’s 7 years old though. The last console I owned was an Xbox 360.

The min specs aren't terrible, but yeah, I think a seven year old laptop would likely struggle to the point that the gameplay experience wouldn't be enjoyable.

I think that was the point. Recent gaming releases don't have a great track record, at least not at or near the release date. By leaking all of this information, it's getting people whipped up. Hell, it got someone like me who has never pre-ordered a game to pre-order the Deluxe edition

Not shitting on the game at all, pumped for it and think it will be awesome but This comparison is getting so tired. Everything has to be “souls like” nowadays

It was in reference to the one boss the early accesor got to face and it took him a full hour. That is def fromsoft vibes lol. I plan to play at max difficult but there are settings for lower. I think the boss difficulty and possibly some of fromsoft dna in normal combat is all the souls you will find. It is a Witcher 3 style story game not a Dark Souls one

I think my feelings on that would be based on how, exactly, we are defining "souls-like". When I use the term, like I did recently discussing Kena: Bridge of Spirits, I'm simply referring to a combat system that punishes attack mashing, requires dodging/parrying, and rewards being perceptive to the unique qualities of your opponent. And in the context of being a squishy little child-mage, I think that style of combat makes the most sense.

Hopefully they don't frick it up

That is what it will definite be about especially on the hardest mode which im starting balls deep mode. Things and spells have specific counters i.e mikiri counter in Sekiro, Damaging boss battles to the best of our knowledge, No "stamina" system that im aware of but of your two sets of spells, the 8 you choose in your loadout using face buttons and swapping the 4 out with the other 4 using R2 have all varying levels of cooldowns, interactions in combos, and more. This when you get all 8 slots unlocked will meaning juggling 8 spells all with different CDs and on swapping sets of face buttons. It has some the consistent appearances of soulsy a bit but only on combat and nothing else what so ever.

I tried setting up my potter more shite for ease and got a wand with unicorn hair cool i though. Then read the description saying one of it not hardest to turn to the dark side. Deleted account immediately and will be going all this in game in autistic detail

Does being ina different house give you different quests and stories? Like does 4 different houses give this game more replay ability

Mistake. The game doesn't require you to keep your assigned house or wand. You're free to choose whatever you want. But you get some minor in game perks for importing the account, regardless.

ETA: One of the perks as you likely know is a robe set that's house dependent. So, if you didn't like your house assignment, you might want to redo that. But don't worry about the wand.

Having poured over whats been put out so far all I know what we have been told about what you asked is

1) The common rooms are all supremely dif and Ravenclaw which ill be in this best

2) They will of course all have the same main story but could be deviations a la witcher 3 ( Kill radovid or no, make Ciri empress or not)

3) This is speculation but i imagine they will have each their own types of actives and things to do probably being allowed to learn things from other houses by taking on their side quest. Think something like Fall out New vegas and factions but you start in a fantasy faction too.

Not sure about different quests BUT there are a LOT of rumors about having different abilities in the different houses. Like if you're in Hufflepuff you'll have an easier time controlling animals, getting plants, etc. Slytherin you'll be able to master and max out Dark Arts faster than others. Gryffindor you'll be able to master defensive magic faster. I can't remember Ravenclaw's.

But that's also speculation but it's speculation from people who have talked to the devs.
