ETA: Sorry to derail. Batman Arkham series getting Kevin Conway and Mark Hamill to reprise their roles is near perfection in my book.

Pivoting off to absolutely godawful voice talent, netherrealm must have given Megan Fox zero direction before they tossed her in the booth to voice the vampire lady in mortal kombat 1. She sounded bored or drugged or potentially both.

Might be a recency bias, but Jennifer English voicing Maelle in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 was masterful. Especially during "that" cut scene.

Thank goodness they had her play that character though. Ended up being the only semi-attractive female in the entire game.

Also quite strong in BG3 as shadowheart. She keeps putting quality work in like this she will be up there.
Nolan and Baker are certainly at the top. Judge is great too but more 1 key.
Benn Starr is another great up and comer. Ashley Burch has been solid through years.
Mathew Mercer has been ok in some things but was really good in his role in Dispatch.
but of course, the finest scene of acting in video game belongs to Tim curry

That entire voice cast was phenomenal imo. I'm sure I could find something that didn't land, but I can't think of it right off the top of my head.

Both the male (Gavin Drea) and female (Cherami Leigh) V voice actors are amazing in Cyberpunk 2077.
Also huge nod to Songbird's voice actress (Christine Minji Chang) in the expansion, Phantom Liberty.
I doubt most people would ever guess that Gavin Drea has a deep Irish accent.
