They stop requiring football players to attend classes

They lift the four year eligibility limit (this is already getting stretched upward by players)

This will never happen. It would take the NFL getting involved and they aren't going to do something that could negatively affect their talent farm that is the NCAA.
With the portal and NIL money, it doesn't make sense for some of these higher profile athlete's to play in a non-playoff bowl game.

Shough >>>> Sanders

Pretty much across the board

Shough's completion percentage is much better for certain.

I wish Sanders would have gone somewhere else besides the Browns.

I'm a firm believer that Tom Brady would be terrible playing for that franchise

I think he’s legit because he has looked legit since becoming the starter.

Two of this three starts were against arguably two of the worst teams in the league. His start against the 49ers wasn't exactly world beating either.

He has a sub 60% completion percentage and that's with giving him a mulligan for the Ravens game where he was 4 for 16 (which is horrid even if you weren't the original starter).

I hope he gets better and builds off of today's performance; but, to say he is legit based on his body of work thus far is moronic.

Ah so no credit if he plays well when he should

So you're saying he is legit (your words) because he played "well" against arguably the worst team in the league? Because that's what people are arguing against.

But roast him if he plays bad when he shouldn’t.

Is there someone at your house that can call 911? I think you're having a stroke

ETA: For the record, I have said in multiple threads that I want him to be successful as it's good for the league. But you can't objectively argue that he is legit just yet.

You’d be roasting him if he played like shite against a crap team

Well yeah, if you play like shite against a bad team, that's not good

I want Sanders to be elite, it's good for the league. But he's playing the Titans bro
And that's why the Browns are who they are :rotflmao:

NFL coaches are some of the dumbest smart people on the planet. Just call the smart play instead of trying to show how "creative" you are.
Now imagine if the Browns had just kicked that extra point earlier.

Burrow lacks the arm strength to make certain throws vs man, e.g. corner routes. That’s when he turns into captain check down and when their offense falls apart, it’s not that complicated. It was his fault coming out in the draft and that doesn’t change

I'll give you this, you must hit the gym a lot, moving those heavy goalposts all by yourself

How many MVPs has he won?

Drew Brees never won any either, so I guess he was never a top 3 QB during his tenure right?

Has Jackson or Allen been to a superbowl? What are their playoff records?

Not to mention Burrow plays for BY FAR the worst of the 3 organizations among Baltimore, Buffalo and Cinci.

You can be mad about it all you want. A healthy Burrow is objectively and inarguably a top 3 QB. Rank the other two how you want to.

The guy you're responding to is just mad because he dug his heels into Burrow being (at best) the 3rd best quarterback in that draft and has had an egg on his face for half a decade now.

I'll start taking my own advice

Very funny that you went into hiding for 5 years while he was (and still is) consistently a top 5 quarterback in the NFL.

Don't feed the animals bro.

Big Josh Allen > Little Joey Burrow

One's been to a super bowl and the other hasn't.

When Burrow is healthy he's a top 3 QB easily.

Now if you want to argue his longevity, have at it.

Burrow is elite against man

Yeah, everything I'm seeing on PFF and Google AI says he's money versus man coverage.

But don't let facts get in the way of delusion I always say

Sure, but you can also admit a QB is very good while also having a bad game.

Certainly. However, there are people on this board who legitimately believe Burrow is not a good QB.

He and Jamarr saw the CB blitz and had a hot call.

DB just made a great play. If he doesn't, it's probably 6 for the bengals.

Yep, risky play and it just didn't pay off.
