Not talking stove or fridge or microwave, but what a kitchen store might call "small electrics". What do you use most? My votes:
--Breville Smartoven (toaster oven)
--Bamix immersion blender, w various blades (small food processor attachment, smoothies, purees, blending eggs for omelettes, pancake batter, etc)

Those two are used on almost a daily basis.

Bunn MyCafe. Uses pods, not K-Cups. Drip quality coffee in a minute with no plastic.

Well, since it gets used daily and sometimes twice a day, I'd have to go with my automatic coffee maker.

I've got a lot of things that I use in the kitchen, but my favorites are probably not what most would consider "appliances."

My grandma's set of heavy duty large spoons, spatulas and forks, a few of her pots, her cast iron skillets, pots, corn bread pans, her old garlic press and rolling pin. She had no recipes, and was the best cook in the world. She cooked by memory, and when she passed, she left no recipes. Absolute miracle that l was able to get what l did after she was gone.

I also have a 16" wide cast iron skillet that I salvaged from the crawlspace of an old shack. It's old as hell, and l enjoy pulling it out for breakfast when we have a big group.
