Phenomenal

Heading up to get some Mitcham peaches in a couple of weeks. Wife's peach cobbler and some peach jelly will be hot on the docket when they make it back with me. Throw in some homemade vanilla/butter/hazelnut ice cream... That second weekend in June needs to hurry up and get here.

Picking just one is very, very hard...but the merveilleux is one of my absolute favorites. Two disks of crisp meringue, covered in whipped cream, then chocolate shavings. Light, soft, crunchy, creamy, chocolatey, and rich--somehow all kinds of opposing things at the same time.

We made ice cream in the old turner a couple weeks ago after I boiled crawfish. Took me back.

white chocolate bread pudding with homemade ice cream or a apple cobbler with home made ice cream are usually my favorite. But honestly there hasnt been as response in this thread that I don't love.

While I'm a Creme Brulee guy, pistachio ice cream is almost the perfect palate cleanser.

Hummingbird cake is a very light, moist cake made with pineapple and banana and a cream cheese frosting.
