Rough chopped (raw) yellowtail, mixed with green onions and masago…topped with black caviar and a quail egg yolk.

It sure is pretty. I like a runny yolk, not sure if I’d go raw, though. I’d chow down on everything else!

My wife gets a similar dish, called Tuna Sunset, and she pushes the yolk off.

Yellowtail is fantastic as sashimi. So, yes. I'd likely push that egg to the side tho.

I would absolutely eat it. The raw yolk doesn’t bother me. I haven’t had caviar but want too and think I’d like it. I almost got some for the tuna tartare I made but I had spent enough

I'd crush that, then lick the plate clean

I have zero problems eating raw quail eggs. One of my favorite menu items - Uni.
