Who puts pepper on their raw oysters?

Those oysters look nice and fat to me. And I like pepper. I would destroy that plate.

I use black pepper in the mixture I make at the table w/ Crystal, red wine vinegar, worchershire, lemon and horseradish.

I'd eat that. Normally when I eat them raw I don't add anything to them, straight out the shell.

We salted the ones we ate raw last weekend with some kosher salt. Hot sauce took the place of pepper, but I don't see anything wrong with a little flavor. We went through 70lbs on my back porch. I should have gotten rid of the shells that night, because oh Lordy they were horrible the next day.

I'll put one dash of hot sauce on each oyster. Maybe sprinkle some of the lemon. Frick no to that cocktail sauce shite.

Pepper ends up in my cocktail sauce but I don't sprinkle it over the oysters themselves.

I put nothing on raw oysters. Love the taste and think it's a travesty when anything is put on them.
