I do, but good French Onion Soup is not a quick dish to make properly, and I make it properly using homemade stocks and taking my time to caramelize my onions to get things started.

I have an addiction for it when it’s made well. Onions low and slow and dark make a fine result.

I do. Haven't been to cafe Degas in years always good. The best I ever had was in Maui using local Maui onions.

Best one I ever had was at Seagars in Destin. I highly recommend trying it if you are in the area.

However, the two above look great.

In France, they just call it "Onion Soup." When I first heard someone order "Onion Soup", it sounded gross for some reason.
