I hate it. I'm not sorry about it either. I don't completely dislike the taste, but the consistency is wayyy too thin. Thoughts? Am I in the minority here?

I feel the same about the molasses mustard. Too expensive for a meh bottled sauce.

This guy seems to be trying to capitalize on his 15 minutes of fame that the Food Network show provided him. His products don't seem to be all that good though.

To be fair, I believe his sauce was introduced before his appearance on the show.

I think it was. It was a pretty long time ago that I bought it. Wasn't bad. It just wasn't something I cared for. Seems like there was a flavor in it that was off putting to me. Others may differ.

Too thin for me. Plus, I'm not paying $8 for a bottle of sauce

I've had it and it was unique. Meaning, unique to a BBQ sauce as that 'off-putting' flavor pushed it toward some other kind of sauce. It's not a BBQ sauce, IMO. I don't hate it, kind of meh, and I wouldn't spend $8 on it.

The sauce was out before the Food Net show. The guy's trying to build his own empire, of which I 100% support. I like his radio show and will try Government Taco if it becomes a reality.

Vinegar sauces are typically thinner

What kind of sauce is this trying to be?

That's why I sought it out to buy it.

It's just ok. Not worth the purchase price. It tastes watered down.

Met him Sunday at Alexanders, neither wife or I cared for the bbq sauce and I like most bbq sauces. The mustard one was pretty decent.
