Non-Profit (tax exempt) advice
Posted by TigerSaint1 on 3/9/24 at 12:19 pm
I started an organization for a good cause that is a non-profit and also received tax exempt status. Is there a certain advice you would give on how to maximize the tax exempt aspect of the foundation or recommend a CPA who specializes in this?

Tax Planner Recommendation

I’m looking for the proactive expert. What can we do ahead of time? Not a financial planner, and not a tax preparer, someone who could work inside the “lines” for tax shelters.

Does anyone have one they recommend, or know of a good place to search for one? It doesn't really matter if it's lightly used.

Callaway 5 wood/hybrid

Do they still make these? I was looking on their website and could not find them, looking for a decent one on their used site. I have a 3 fairway and 4 hybrid, just need something to close the gap between 180-195, and I don't hit my long irons particularly well/far.

Were there different colors you could choose from and were you able to find any reviews on it?
Cooling application for pool decking

What is the best product out there? The previous owner installed the pool and does not know what the builder used. I looked up the link below from Sherwin Williams, but it has bad reviews from staining.

Looks to be a smear campaign on Amber Teard.

Why does you pool need to be refinished? I ask because if its a plaster coating and its stained it can be drained and scrubbed with liquid chlorine and return to near new.
Just some staining and discoloration over time. Then maybe draining and scrubbing would be the best bet.

Yes, its Gunite. I'm sure there is some special type of paint/coating to put on it.

Anyone have experience with this? Who should I contact about the draining of the pool, I know there is a proper way to do it and not mess things up.
