I'm just seeing this. My work schedule has been nuts lately. Yeah that ASW is really good. We need more people to get interested in it here! Start hitting up seelbachs and getting this nice little gem of a craft distillery some business.

All but one of their releases are grain to glass. The one that isn't is a blend of their juice with some MGP. Their peated single malt is made with peat cooked barley that they have shipped in from Scotland by boat. They are running a very cool business there.
Their Maris Otter Single Malt was my favorite that I got to try at the distillery, but it was their last bottle that they let me taste from. I am patiently waiting the next release of that.
