This thread turns 3 years old today. It's existence has greatly increased my knowledge of bourbon and I manged to meet some good people with a common interest along the way.

I just read through the first couple pages of the thread. It is comical how there was talk of finding Handy on the shelf and asking if 4Rose single barrel was any good. Back then Churchills has Pappy 20 in the shelf for $200 and everyone found it outrageous...lulz

Around 2010 I went into churchhills to buy my brother a nice bottle for Christmas. Grabbed a pappy 20 for 120ish if i remember correctly. I also remember them having multiplies of each of the BATC. Crazy how it's pretty much impossible to find any of those these days without some kinda conection.
