Andy Roos Cajun or garlic is really good. I got a few samples years back and buy it at Rouses now. It has more robust flavors without as much salt.

Donald Link’s spice mix + your own amount of salt. Trust me

Tony's More Spice FTW

Just a slight threadjack in that I find Salt-Free Tony's gets clogged up in the package long before I ever use it up (and I use it on practically everything.)
Regular Tony's doesn't do that.
I end up having to throw out the old one and buy a new Salt-Free Tony's before I've used even half of it.
And they don't make small packages of the Salt-Free like they do the regular Tony's.
Any of y'all ever have that problem?

I don't understand this. Do people use Tony's and salt at the same time? When I use Tony's, SYM, whatever I use it in place of salt. So unless Tony's is more salty than salt I don't think it can be too salty.
Some of us don’t like the amount of salt per other seasoning mix on our food. Salt % is too high. I try and use very little salt on my food, but would still like to season it.

I prefer Targil’s Stuff-A-Roast over either of them

SYM for me. Going on 13 years.

I’ve been using Tony’s since the mid 80’s. I use it in place of salt, never together. I’m very familiar with it, so it gets used more. SYM is a very good blend, but so are many others. Use what you get familiar with.

Neither, it takes me about 10 minutes every few months to make my own. It doesn't have spices that don't belong in Cajun or Creole dishes like the TC and SYM have. It especially doesn't have chili powder or cumin, spices I love, but not where they don't belong.
Overuse of TC or SYM is a hallmark of an rank amateur, as much as bacon and cream cheese.

SYM - Less salty vs TC by my reckoning. Label bears that out according to prior post, but that has been my feeling. I'm going to try the SYM hot variety.

I use Tonys Spicy blend..... mostly because it's the cheapest one.

I use my own brand of Cajun Seasoning "Ragin Blaze" which is low sodium (130 mg), NO MSG, and is infused with ground smoked chipotle instead of cayenne pepper.

I used Tony’s forever but switched to SYM a couple years ago. Just better flavor to me.
