Lol look at this bitch.

Soft scrambled, Jimmy Dean Hot, bowl of grits in there somewhere, toast and coffee. When I have the crawfish tails, 3-egg omelet w/pico and shredded cheese. Little salsa and Sriracha on top.

My go to is usually just a piece of buttered toast maybe a piece of sausage

My favorite is an everything bagel with cream cheese, onion, lox and capers followed closely by homemade biscuits and sausage gravy.

Here’s a pic of some I made yesterday morning. They were damn good.

Steel cut oats 3x a week (MWF on days I run), only add cinnamon, raisins, and strawberries. The rest I've been doing these salmon patties Kroger makes to go high protein lower carbs. They're fine but I need variety. All the frozen stuff in a box is bad for you in some way, but I was doing the Real Good high protein ones for a while. I need ideas.

scrambled yard eggs, several dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce and a bit of shredded cheddar rolled in a low carb tortilla that's been toasted on the high BTU burner on my gas stove.

On the weekends it’s a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito with potatoes. Red salsa on the side. 5 bucks at my favorite spot

If it is a sit down breakfast I go to CafeUSA here in Bella Vista, AR. No matter what I get I have enough to take home for another day. The last time I even got a Senior meal and I still had leftovers.

Either

- 3 eggs, scrambled with butter
- 2 slices of toast, buttered
- 1 small bowl of cheese grits

Or

- 1 big bowl of Raisin Bran

It really depends on how much time I have.

My favorite thing for breakfast is eggs and rice.

Butter
Some type of protein (leftover hamburger patty, boiled shrimp, couple pieces of bacon, a link of fresh sausage, peeled crawfish tails.....)
Heat that through
Fry my rice till it starts jumping in the pan
Add a few beaten eggs
Stir around till the eggs are cooked

Egg white, cheese, and turkey on toasted multigrain English muffin. One pan and only takes a few minutes to make.
