3) Bolognese
4) Carbonara
5) Marinara

You left off al Limone

And on the rare occasion I don't make my own sauce, I'll use Rao's. But that's like maybe once a year.

I feel the same. Homemade sauce is so easy to make and you can make it to your own taste. I know that it's a time saver when you're in a rush but I don't think most people realize how easy it is to put a good sauce together.

I see the miserable people from the Rant and Poli Board arrived. It’s the Food and Drink Board, not the cooking board. Nobody said jar of sauce is better than Grandma’s Sunday gravy, OP just looking to for some tips.

Cajun Power and Rao’s.

we tried Cajun Power but the wife said it was too spicy. The wife likes Monjunis but I find that too sweet.

We have had Our Cousin Vinny's a couple of times recently and I like it. I think it is a good mix of both (sweet and spicy). If I am not mistaken, the bottle said it was created in Donaldsonville.

Mix them together and meet in the middle.
