My two favorites are:
Diner's drive in and dives
Burgers brews and Que
Both are on hulu

I actually like Carnival Eats. Have some crazy stuff people dream up. Also The Best Thing I Ever Ate.

I was a big fan of "Knife Fight", hosted by Ilan Hall

Would bring in 2 guys to his kitchen at midnight or so and they would "fight" over an ingredient.

Both Vivian Howard PBS Saturday shows. She’s kind of annoying, but for some reason I love the format of those.
