Osso Buco
Any red sauce Italian dish
Lobster
Steak (every once in awhile this can be an exception but 9/10 times it’s just average)
These are things that are ok but are never anything special.

Riverside Patty - bring on the hate. The burgers are meh, the owner is rude.
Jambalaya Shoppe - yes, it's nowhere as good as my backyard jambalaya. For a quick lunch pickup, it's not horrible if I doctor it with a bit of salt/pepper.
Freddy's - people complain about the thin patties. The California burger is legit.

I would say their portion sizes are perfect. Americans are just use to giant portions and is part of the reason we are so fat

Muffalettas...olive dressing is too much pungent and the bread/meat ratio is usually ridiculous.
CFA: I don't care how fast and efficient they are...that has got to be the most bland food you can buy from a restaurant. Pickle is not a seasoning

Pork Jowls served on a bed of mashed sweet potatoes with collard greens. -$25
Look, if I wanted a plate lunch, I'd just drive to any country grocery store. It may be special in San Francisco, but not here.
Also, Mushroom flatbread. Look, I love mushrooms. I love flatbread, but that ain't a damn entree. Cut that shite up and make it an appetizer and don't charge me $18 for it.

I am not a big Chick Fil A fan either. Yes the quality is good, but if I am going to eat something not healthy for you like a fried chicken sandwich, I think Popeye's and KFC both have superior fried chicken sandwiches.

I think Lobster is overrated
Same here. For what it costs, it's really not so special. I'd much prefer to spend my money on a nice prime ribeye steak and leave the lobster in the tank. At least with the steak there is little to no waste, unlike the lobster where half the weight is in the shell.

My wife will call me when she knows I'm in town and ask me if I'll go get her something from there.
The answer is ALWAYS NO.
Im not a coffee drinker so none of that shite makes sense to me.

Wow. Your poor wife. She must be a saint to put up with such a curmudgeon.
I don't understand why people complain about waiting in line when they have an app that lets you order ahead, so you can just walk in and pick up your order.

I don't think non coffee drinkers are the number one demographic for downloading a Starbucks app

I won't go out of my way to grab a coffee from Starbucks, but I'm an absolute whore for their cake pops.

No shite. Looks like something you'd see Wilma fix for Fred when he got home from the rock quarry with that huge arse bone hanging off the plate.
It's one of those "Whalla!!!" foods.

Ill be the first downvote,
but I love crawfish.
Ill go with shrimp and grits.
I like shrimp,
grits are nasty.
I only like boiled crawfish.
I’ll enjoy crawfish bisque to respect the work that goes into making it.
But saying “grits are nasty”….
Is a lifetime bannable statement.
You should also be made to relocate to far regions outside of the South.
