Private Selection Roasted California Garlic Powder
It says garlic powder but, it's granulated and is better than the non-roasted options.

Let’s say salt and pepper is a given already.
Salt is not a spice.

Lately Geaux Creole has become my new go to spice blend. I put it on virtually everything.

You won’t be disappointed. I suggest you not open it up and take a deep whiff like my teenage son dead, he was coughing for a good two minutes after that.

I don't even know where to begin on this one. I probably have 75 or more bottles of different things in my spice area, and use all of them for the different things I cook and make.
Hell, for sausage making alone I probably have 20 different spices and liquid flavorings that I use depending on what type sausage I'm making.
If I had to make a choice, it would be a toss-up between Slap Ya Mama and Garlic Powder.

Oregano was the key spice to take my eggplant parmesan from very good to perfect!

Really not a huge difference

1- Garlic powder, goes for everything. Even crawfish boils.
2- Smoked paprika for everything except boiled or fried seafood.

Agreed. Also, minced garlic and onion both have a sort of toasty flavor to me that I like.

Chili powder
I'm surprised how this is not mentioned much in this thread. I use it in just about any spice mix I make, and I go through this more than any other spice not named tellicherry salt

I have tons of spices too but the two that must be refilled immediately when I run out are garlic powder and Tony's.

outside of proper seasoning with salt, something like cavenders and a mix of fresh herbs is my go to. For heat it’s hard to beat simple crushed red peppers. For garlic I use fresh

I always have Paul Prudhomme’s Poultry, pork, and seafood Magic blends on hand.

cavenders
I use this and I always have Morton's Nature's Seasoning on hand. It's a good blend. If I want more heat, I can control that myself.

Curry Powder. I know there are a bunch and you could probably even include garam masala in this category, but I use it a lot.
Cardamom. Most underrated spice in cooking.
