Train is comin

Never max out. Just doing slight increases in the weight until it feels like what i was previously lifting with the same sets and reps. This system works well for me.
Id hate to go for a 'max' and hear something pop or something like that.

Because thats what guilt free is. 40 g of carbs in a serving is certainly not guilt free, man.
A better alternative than normal ice cream with the added bonus of extra protein? Sure. But, certainly nothing I'd ballpark as a guilt free food item.
BTW, I tried the strawberry and caramel and they were decent.

I would not recommend doing this. The humidity is way too high and you will see rust in a short amount of time.

I read this years ago and really enjoyed it. It's a great little read that I'd recommend. She has some other books that are solid too, but that is her best, imo.
