I think I'd go for the ice cold Mexican regular Coca Cola for sure.

I think I'd have to go for some fried specks with home cut fries and onions.
If I cant get the specks or reds then go with a ribeye.

Let me get in the kitchen and cook a big pot of my gumbo, a pot of rice and some potato salad to share with the other death row inmates, the guards and even the SOB that would be responsible for offing me.

I don’t know what my last meal would be, but that got me thinking... what are the limitations on this for inmates?
I understand it’s a last meal, but obviously it can’t be a free for all.
“I’d like Thomas Keller to come and cook a 25 course meal with wine pairings and a bottle of 20 year Pappy Van Winkle for dessert.”

Gumbo is no joking matter. Hell, I may get lucky and the guards and executioner rally around with my legal team to get a stay of execution-----------so I can fix more gumbo.
